I worked for Rich at The Shorenstein Company & one of the best bosses I've ever had. He demanded a lot but his unwavering support given I was an admin. made him family to me. He always pushed for women to be recognized in a strange world at TSC. I used to bring he and Scott tupperware meals and he accused me of making him fat 😂. He was the epitomy of someone who was more than a mentor but a friend. It's taken me far too long to elocute how primary he was as someone who taught me so much.
