Abad, Mario

Mario always wore a soft beret or cap. He was the sweetest, most gentle man, with a big heart and beautiful brown eyes. His smile was always genuine. He shared himself generously, without regret. Rocky was his love - and they passed together, as it was meant to be. Samir took on planning his funeral, knowing that Mario wanted it at Grace Cathedral, planning it from San Diego and flying up for the day. It was a lovely, loving tribute. We miss you, Mario, and we were lucky to know you during your brief time here.
