Tim Isbell was a kind, warm, gentle, unassuming, calming (sometimes consoling) person who might go unnoticed by those who preferred more dramatic, challenging friends. I was lucky to meet and know (and even briefly model with) Tim while we lived in San Francisco...during and after his relationship with Reggie Williams.

Tim Isbell was one of the kindest, talented, loyal friend that anyone would be proud to have. He was my friend for almost 20 years before he died, who was always caring and generous with his time and always there when you needed him. I miss him dearly and think of him often. Someone like Tim is never forgotten because if he was your friend you would never have to wonder if he truly was your friend. He was trustworthy as well as genuine. I could always count on Tim to tell me the truth even if I didn't want to hear it. And he would know just how to tell you the truth in a way that was never judgemental or accusatory. I miss my dear wonderful friend and hope that he is resting well and is truly happy. He deserves that.
