World AIDS Day 2012: 16 years gone and it still hurts. Steve was an amazing man. Full of fun, love, energy, commitment to his People, lover of his chosen family and a great organizer. I spent 90-92, in a very easy, friends with benefits/pals for life relationship with him that we managed to keep under wraps from almost everyone. He cooked me amazing cookies, had a bevy of terrible jokes he liked to try out and a great love for the outdoors. He was adventurous in every arena and rarely said, 'NO', to trying new things. His death left a massive whole in the hearts of everyone that knew and loved him. He was irreplaceable and is missed today as much as the day he left this earth. Love you Steve-always did-always will.
