I have been looking through this database and making comments to and about those close to me. This man, Kevin Stanton, is the first one i came across that was an acquaintance. Indeed i do remember him from the Stud and the streets and always, always he gave me a welcoming smile and hello. How valuable in ones life to have those that act like caring neighbors when encountered. I sensed a genuine authenticity all the times i would briefly speak with him. I think of spirits passing in the night. I think of foggy south of market San Francisco evenings turning into quiet dawn, an orange tone in the sky, a time long since past, a returning smile of acknowledgement to this man that does not feel random to me at all. Fly with your head held high sweet Fellow until our paths cross again.
