Just finished reading Borrowed Time and it's definitely one of my favorites. I couldn't put it down....Paul's writing style was intense and gripping. Anyone who is accepting/supportive of GLBT relationships should read this book. I was too young in the early to mid-80's to understand how tragic and isolating this epidemic was (and still is). My heart goes out to the thousands of men and women who have been ostracized because of their sexual preferences and to all who have lost the battle with HIV/AIDS. Wish I had known each and every one of them.

One of my favorite writers. Grateful for his beautiful words. they couldn't stop singing, and we were the song.
