I attended McLean High School with Mark (as I knew him then). He was my close friend. Mark brought laughter and a love of the arts to my life. How I wish I could speak with him one more time and give him a hug. I was thinking of him two days ago, 12/18, remembering his classy and crazy fun 18th birthday party. I then found this obituary and cried. I will never forget him. My heartfelt condolences to Mark’s friends and family, even now, so many years after he passed. The loss will always be felt. The Lord is close to the broken-hearted.
