Jones, Brian David

Brian was the News Editor of the BAR, and quite a colorful character. I'll never forget his disco siren scream filling the air of the office when something particularly pleased him. A professional journalist (formerly of the Miami Herald) who chose gay journalism over the better paying mainstream journalism because he just couldn't stomach doing anything else. He was the editor of the (University of)Florida Alligator, and he was reared on Marco Island, FL before there was a bridge to the mainland. There won't be another one like him, that's for sure!
