Thanks for all the good times, Chris. Of all the people from that Golden Age, you stand out like a radiant sun. We had some very groovy times indeed. I remember a sunny afternoon on my motorbike up in Mclaren Park, or visiting him at lunchtime when I worked at Otis Street, not far from his apartment on Howard Street near 12th Street. And of course at the Leatherneck! Chris was always upbeat; a positive force. I last saw him on the 24 Divisadero bus ... it was the early dark times, the Grim Reaper was everywhere, but even then, Chris was positive and indeed, a happy soul. He energised me that last day I saw him. I hope are there when I pass by again.
