Bixler, David John

David was one of the most adventerous people that I have had the honor of meeting. We would often get together at lunch at the embarcadero and laugh and talk. He and his partner Rick and I were neighbors. We love to listen to Tuck & Patty and fix faboulous dinners. David you will always be in my heart.

I was fortunate to have met David when I first moved to San Francisco in 1990. We spent a few years biking together around the bay, hiking, traveling to visit his sister and his brother and just finding ways to have fun together. He, Rick & I were all great friends. When David passed away, it was one of the saddest days of my life and I honestly don't believe that I'll ever fully get over losing him. This time of year my thoughts always turn to him. He was such a good-hearted man. David, you'll always be a part of me.
