Dennis, I met you shortly after you first moved to the city from Dayton, OH. Before long you joined me at our apartment on Ashbury Street and you were a wonderful room-mate for several years before I moved to Pierce Street in the late eighties. I was delighted by your frequent laughter and great love of life, and was deeply moved by your spiritual studies and quiet devotion which gave you strength and purpose.....and reminded me of my own spiritual journey that continues today.
