David, your suggestion that military rockets are phallic symbols was ridiculous. If they were shaped any other way they wouldn't fly as well! We met briefly and had some fun times together in 1984. I saw you again three years later standing in line at Moscone Center waiting to get in to see the AIDS Memorial Quilt. I am sorry you died but am glad to have met you. Maybe we will meet again in a very different (and better) place and time...

David, I was looking on this site and found out you left us in 1989 almost 22 years later. You were a good friend and had a heart of gold. By the way you introduced Rick and I to each other and we are still going strong for almost 30 years. David we miss you.
