a great martial artist and civil rights activist

Though I never reached the heights that Bill did, I, too, was long a passionate martial artist who cross trained with many instructors and styles. Bill was way ahead of the curve in martial arts, on a level and a contemporary of Bruce Lee and many other Asian Masters. He sought to understand the whole field of our chosen art and in maturity to use it to protect and heal others.
