Abney, John Spencer

I knew John first as an employee in a cafe where he expressed his goals in life. Not only did he become a San Francisco County deputy sheriff, he went beyond and became a leader of the office. At a time when gay men were still blocked by prejudice John becave a trail blazer. John was one of the nicest people I have ever met.
