Dear Gene, I miss you still. I often think of you while watching a movie you recorded and left to me and mom. You told me not to lose my sense of humor and I always try, as you did right to the end. It was so difficult seeing what you went through as well as your moms, Mary & Betty, taking such good care of you and all of it right near Mother's Day. It is so strange to me that the entire Pelligrini family who I knew from birth, is now gone; you, your mom and dad and your younger brother Lou. You were all closer than family. I'll always hold such fond memories of Diamond Street. I find comfort knowing you and the family, with my mom and dad, are together now, in peace. Happy Samhain! Love, Nancy
