Bob was my psychotherapist in the 1980s, and he did a terrific job with me. I wish I could have thanked him more for what he did for me in my later years. Thank you, Bob.

We remember Bob. He was our graduate student friend and colleague at the University of Georgia in Athens. He was a mentee of Dr. Herman Sorkey, and we all worked together at Camp Haelan, in Lake Lure, North Carolina, at the Sorkey's camp for emotionally disturbed children. We met up with Bob in San Francisco after we all had moved to California (Nick's home state). He became friends with my sister who was a Unitarian minister in San Francisco. We were shocked to hear when he died, and very sad. Once when I was in Washington, D. C., I went to see the AIDS quilt display on exhibit near the White House. I found his quilt and sent a little message into the vastness, that he was loved and remembered. I think of him still very often. Our first good friend to die of AIDS. We miss you Bob.

Bob was my uncle. I was only 3 years old when he died. I would like to speak with people who knew him. I can be contacted at sky7ar@gmail.com. Thank you!
