Click the button below to add your thoughts. Tom Burtch San Francisco, CA 23 Jun 2010 Brian was my next door neighbor and good friend. We first met the night we both auditioned for the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus. He also served on the board of the Golden Gate Choral foundation with me. The Choral Foundation was the fundraising arm of the Golden Gate Performing Arts, Inc ? the corporate parent of the Chorus. Brian was a member of the Chorus from July, 1985 until October, 1988 for a total of 12 concert seasons. He last sang as a member of the Baritone section. The Chorus refers to these members who are no longer able to sing with the group as members of the "Fifth Section."
