I wanted to compose a letter to you for you have been deceased for more than 30 years. So tragic that you had to be in the earlier years when this disease may have been called G.R.I.D and AZT wasn't a option at the time? When you died I was was just a kid and my world was different from you & your community. I have adored the Gay community and lost many in my inner circle from this devastating virus. I hope that many of your friends are still alive or maybe a family member? After reading your online obit from the original newspaper clipping, it seems that many loved and respected you. May you rest in peace...Be free.. |
